1 General

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing an order to ensure that you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.

You will only use Widerz in a manner that follows all agreements with Instagram / Facebook / Twitter / Youtube / or any other social media site on their individual Terms of Service page. The prices of the services on the site are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy will remain in effect if the price changes. Widerz does not guarantee delivery time for any services. We give our best estimate of when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimate and Widerz will not refund orders being processed if it feels it is taking too long. Widerz strives to deliver exactly what is expected of us by our sellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change the type of service if we consider it necessary to complete the order.

2 Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, to register and use Widerz. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Widerz cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your login details. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each user may hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, bonuses, or to evade restrictions may result in suspension or termination of all related accounts.

3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Widerz for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. In particular, you agree that you will not:

• place orders for accounts, pages, or content that you do not own or are not authorized to promote;
• use the service to harass, defame, threaten, or harm any person or organization;
• promote content that is illegal, fraudulent, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, or that violates the rights of others;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems;
• resell or redistribute our services in a way that misrepresents Widerz or breaches these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any order or account that we believe violates this policy, without obligation to provide a refund where fraud or abuse is involved.

4 The Service

Widerz website will only be used to promote your account on Instagram / Twitter / Facebook / google / youtube / or website

5 Delivery & Drops

Delivery times shown on the site are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Orders may start at different speeds depending on the service, the platform, and demand.

Some social media platforms may remove followers, likes, views, members, or other engagement over time. This is outside of our control. Where a service is marked with a refill or guarantee, refills are provided only within the stated refill period and only under the conditions listed on that service. Services without a refill or guarantee are not eligible for compensation if a drop occurs.

Please make sure your account is public and that you provide the correct link before ordering. Orders placed with an incorrect, private, or invalid link cannot be refilled, canceled, or refunded.

6 Responsibilities

Widerz is in no way responsible for any blocking or photo deletion done by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube or other social media.

7 Payments & Refunds

No refunds will be given to your payment method. After the deposit is completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance only on orders from Widerz .

You agree that once you complete your payment, you will not file a dispute or refund against us for any reason.

If you file a dispute or request a refund against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, and block you from our site. We also reserve the right to disqualify any services or other orders delivered to you or your Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media account.

Orders placed in "widerz" will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund to your account on "widerz" if the order is undeliverable

Fraudulent activity such as the use of unauthorized or stolen credit cards will result in the termination of your account. There are no exceptions.

Please do not use more than one website at the same time for the same page or account. We cannot provide you with the number of services / We will not cancel or refund these requests.

8 API Terms

Widerz may provide an API to allow resellers and developers to place and manage orders programmatically. Your API key is private and must not be shared. You are responsible for all activity made through your API key.

You agree not to abuse the API, including by sending excessive or automated requests that may overload our systems. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or revoke API access at any time to protect the stability and security of the platform.

9 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Widerz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any specific result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Widerz, its owner, and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, reputation, or account access, arising from your use of the service. In all cases, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Widerz, its owner, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party or any platform's terms of service.

11 Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

Any personal information received will only be used to fill out your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone. All information is encrypted and stored in secure servers.

We collect only the information needed to operate your account and process your orders, such as your email, login details, order history, and payment confirmations. Payments are handled by trusted third-party payment processors; we do not store full card details on our servers. We may use cookies to keep you signed in and to improve the service. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support.

12 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of Widerz shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.
